An app that brings local garage services online

Garages are the worst encroachers of footpaths & roads. Is there any online application which tell us exactly how much footpath & road each garage is occupying? The mechanics who provide cheap services are in general occupying footpath & road more. If we can make the service a little bit more costly then number of vehicles on roads may get reduced and hence pollution.

We are just in the starting point of developing Health Informatics. Just inching. What are the chances of Mangalore getting a 'Centre of Excellence for Health Informatics'? If Mangaluru MP & MLAs were smart enough we could have got this by now. Instead of wasting time to visit desalination plant in Chennai our representatives should spend time productively to bring centre of excellences to Mangaluru. They can just say we will boycott Chennai visit if not Mangaluru gets centre of excellences.
