45 Fremont is not even exactly on the corner of Mission and Fremont. It's kind of in between Mission and Market on Fremont St. I think what the poster was referring to was the short (3 or 4 story) Healds College (or something like that) on the NE corner, there is currently a Starbucks, Lee's Deli, and Noah's Bagels on the ground level.
