I'd say 3/5 (NEMA, Paragon, Esperanza Center) for sure are in the top 5, but not as convinced on the other 2. The Independence Apartments are decent but unremarkable and I'm not a fan at all of the Keller Center. |
NEMA and The Paragon are great additions to our skyline. The Paragon is a perfect example (much like 110 Wacker) of how to make a "blue glass box" more interesting.
Anyone care to predict what the top 5 buildings of 2020 will be? Vista, 800W Fulton, WPE, 110 Wacker and maybe something else?
