I cannot believe how fast projects happen in Vegas. I guess between the fact time is money, the city is accommodating of these projects, and they usually work on 'easy' sites (plenty of room for staging, getting materials in and out, etc.), this can happen.

Just wish this was the case in Reno :-( For a few months, things were looking up, but not so now. Seems Vegas is unstoppable!
