The model in the Times comes from the source, I would put more weight on that. They haven't given exact height figures, and that's probably smart, considering the "park people" will no doubt be outraged.

The crown on the top of the building makes up about a quarter of the height, so if fully occupied, this would be a 100-story tower. 1,100 to 1,300 seems about right. But even at the Chrysler's height it would be fantastic.




It'll be an instant icon worthy of the comparison to Chrysler or the Empire State...
