Welp, walking down to the subway this morning, I noticed
85 Broadway is starting up, the homes have begun demolition (This saddens me because of the opportunity these homes had instead of this...but oh well I guess);

Meanwhile, the twins across the street (Citylights at Broadway) is going up, already one floor high in some parts.
And, E2 Condos continues, with some demolishing of the condo buildings;
