The existing property consists of an historic brick warehouse (8,645 sf) with a CMU addition (3,197 sf). The historic warehouse will be fully renovated to support the programmatic needs of the business with some modifications to the exterior openings. The metal roof of the CMU addition will be removed to create outdoor space at the rear.
