Should have looked at the courthouse renderings before making that last post...Yeah it does appear to break the street grid and it will be a decent sized building to fill up two blocks, especially if it is 4-6 stories as it appears to be. I did think it looked like alot of wasted space(big glass atrias, etc). Very Goverment Plaza-esque. I would have preferred something more like Montgomery's Federal building:
