I had an inside source and mentioned it a year or two ago. Took 'em awhile to get to it. $133 million... I wonder if I'll recognize the building once they're done.
So it looks like they're going to do a complete interior reconstruction, new circulation, make it LEED, building systems, as well as put a new cladding system on it, which from what I was told will involve a
double glass curtainwall on the southern facade. They also might just put a new glass curtain wall over the current facade, actually. I guess we'll find out, though.
