I am actually glad they are going to build this. It makes me proud that the city one of my Aunt's live in (Miami) is getting it's first 1,000+ footer. I just hope that nothing can stop this building not even during it's construction, and it would stand with an amazing amount of beauty in the Miami skyline. Though I am curious I thought that Miami has another 1,000+ footer at work the Empire World Towers. I think that One Bayfront Plaza would not be the only solo 1,000+ footer in Miami.
