Are you fucking kidding me? This is too much even for him........no shame whatsoever......this has been in the works - and well-reported on - forever, and there would clearly be no particular reason - except for the strictly 'extralegal' to 'clear' a lease like this in an existing building - for a use that is permitted - with the Loop Prefect........
