My brother works at Google - like a lot of their California campuses, from the exterior they'd be akin to glorified suburban office park. But then you step inside...

All that said - this building is wedged in along Broad Street - it's pedestrian streetscape experience; how sophisticated its interaction with Broad street feels; is their an elegant way they integrate some ground floor retail... all of that is way more important than the stories above. This is good, high investment Broad Street infill.
