You are correct. Although I hate that Miss Brooklyn is going to be on delay. At least maybe this will give Ratner some time to find enough tenants to make that building a respectable height.
When I look at the renderings of the highrises around the Barclays Center they look much taller than 322 feet.
Question: When everything is said and done do you think they will eventually construct the arena rooftop garden/park that was in Gehry's original design?
