I find it frustrating that we build all these beautifully designed condos along the riverfront, but have nothing like them on our downtown waterfront skyline, except for the one in the last photo, but that's even just outside our downtown border.
Those condos are all within the city's border, just not in the downtown.

Our skyline would look so much better if we had these buildings in the core, as opposed to residential areas. I'm sure with a strenthening economy, if they built these types of condos in the core with a view of the Detroit skyline, they would be very popular and sell well. Hopefully Fahri dives in and builds one on the property he owns next to the art gallery. I'm not holding my breath though, just hopeful.
