Would really like to see some sort of public square and fountain on the Whitewater Park Project. That parcel is the geographic heart of that entire side of downtown, and it needs to have a sense of place, which I'm not seeing yet in these renderings. The 29th St extension doesn't even appear to sync up with the rest of 29th. If it won't be possible to either continue north, or go south from 29th into this property it really has no purpose.

Anyone catch the light rail icon on Whitewater. It will eventually come, and that is precisely why there needs to be more of a pedestrian focused central core and street access. It's already semi-permeable which is good. This property needs to be "The" stop for west downtown, and actually a grocery store is probably better suited for a parcel that abuts the connector so all of the large shipping/receiving can be completely hidden without large walls.
