That would be another INI(instt of national importance) in Kochi.Puthuvype will emerge as a major industrial region, once the PCPIR in Kochi is finalised(GAIL is lobbying for a PCPIR in Kochi since it has planned investments in excess of 10,000 crores in Puthuvype).
