Not a pretty tower in my opinion but the fact we've had more 50 story proposals in the last 2 months than any other North American city is pretty cool. It could also be a landmark for the western waterfront since there's not here in terms of architectural wonders. LOL
Half of those units will have a sick, unobstructed view of the skyline.
