I just took a trip with my Dad this summer to see the Tigers play the Pirates (the Tigers lost the game but won the series ) and I was blown away by how nice downtown was. Between the two awesome stadiums, the river walk and some really interesting architecture; I am now considering Pittsburgh as my possible new home once I graduate. While this was not my favorite downtown tower by any means (Thant honor goes to one PPG Place) there is no denying the power it exudes. Pittsburgh really has more amazing towers than any city of its size has a right to. In order of awesomeness...

-Cathedral of Learning
-One PPG Place
-The Tower at PNC Plaza (coming soon)
-Mellon Bank Center
-The Gateway Center
-Gulf Building
-Fifth Avenue Place
-US Steel Tower
-Three PNC Plaza

A personal highlight of the trip was sneaking into the top floor of the Cathedral of Learning. The views were amazing.
