Hollywood has plenty of historic buildings. I would much rather see this project go forward. Too bad the development couldn't have encorporated the Herman Building but the building wasn't kept up; where is the owners civic pride? All and all it will be better for the community and more aesthetically appealing. Thank goodness the 1540 project appears to be on an empty lot.
