All this comes from an article that actually talked about the high office vacancy rate in London. Farhi's buildings have especially high rates, probably because companies would rather look elsewhere for office space.

Yeah...if I had a company in London I wouldn't want it associated with the Bell building. Nothing against Bell, but that is one fugly building.
