I like the passage way and the double row of trees fronting the building. I have one of these passage ways in my neighborhood (metrotown) and they do a lot for the locals especially if they include a coffee shop (or similar) next to it. The building is nothing special...but its Kingsway I guess...Does that wide sidewalk allow for a mixed bike/peds use? Or is the sidewalk just extra wide?
