Wowza! Looking good!
You know it's going to be a luxury building by the number of 3bed units. This is probably one of the handful of buildings in this city (especially downtown) where 1beds make up less than half of the units. I'm estimating about a quarter of the units are 1beds. Quite refreshing but the flip side of that coin means low affordability. But I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of affordability for some architectural eye candy.
It's hard to tell, but the 2bed unit on the west side of the building (the one with 785sqft) on the 10th and 20th floor has a really tight entrance due to the structural concrete columns/walls.
