This is the same guy that proposed Signature Tower on the same site. ST started off around 750 feet before the proposal went to over 1,000. He has also been proposing towers on that site since the 1990s (see below). Last I heard the Pinnacle and Symphony Place (last highrise built in Nashville at 417 feet) wasnt exactly filling up. All that being said I wouldnt get my hopes up for this tower.
