It looks like it's all glass. Most new hi-rises are. I think that must be the cheapest material available for skinning a building these days. But have you by any chance noticed how many blue glass buildings there are now in Center City, all west of Broad? Liberty one and two, Ratar, Blue Cross and the Murano is already more than enough in less than one square mile.....imo.
