These buildings(s) (owned by CSX as mentioned above) are known as Asia Terminals Ltd. (ATL), which has earned the distinction of being the largest and first multi-storey drive-in cargo logistics facility. Located at terminal 3 in Kwai Chung. The ATL complex consists actually of 2 blocks (named just A and B). CSX does not actually "own" these, but is the major shareholder (69%) of ATL and "CSX World Terminals" operates the ATL complex under a long-term management contract.
Not easy to find a spot that shows it in it's full "beauty"...

Besides the ATL complex is the large Hutchison Logistics center (Hong Kong International terminal, HIT), a single building on terminal 4, this appears to compete in (total) size with the ATL complex.
CSX does also "own" SeaLand Orient Terminals Ltd. (SLOT), which operates Terminal 3 at Kwai Chung and handles more than 1 Million TEU per year over a single berth. ATL also runs terminal 8 west (CT8W) on Stonecutters Island (Ngong Shuen Chau, not an island anymore).
