Actually if you look up some of the top restaurants in Canada you will see a few in Hamilton and surrounding area ....quatrefoil.... Edgewater....lo Presti ....just to name a few ....and yes Aberdeen tavern and diplomat and the French can make their way onto the longer list .... The food scene here is actually quite good .... You just have to get out and try things ....
