Key Tower is Cleveland's tallest at 948 ft/290m to the top of the spire (888 ft./271m to the top of the pyramidal crown), with a total of 63 floors (57 office, 6 maintenance). It's also the tallest skyscraper in the state of Ohio. Key Tower built in 1991 as Society Center and designed by Cesar Pelli and Associates. The art deco-influenced design shares similiarities to other Pelli designs of the era, including Bank of America in Charlotte, and the original proposal for the Norwest Tower in Minneapolis.
