Moncton is a fairly "new" city, most of our tall buildings are from 1960 and on.
This building has elements of art deco in it but its more modernist than anything. Art deco did come back in style I believe in the 70s and 80s in some cities, although I cant think of many examples off the top of my head. Do you know when this building was built?
