WWII Hotel
WOW! That Higgins Hotel actually looks really fantastic! Art Deco and nods to historic design without looking cheesy and somehow ties in some modern touches and pulls it off! Also great to see something built on that lot on the other side, is that parking garage apart of the building on the corner being reno'd? Maybe something will be built on Lee Circle side soon too and fill in the rest. Either way I'm liking how the WD lots are disappearing awfully quick now!
