Have I written enough on California High Speed Rail to be considered the resident expert? No, the trolley is not being extended out to Chula Vista any time soon. How many home games a year do the Chargers play? The only planning study being done right now on the trolley is an extension from Old Town up to UTC. And of course, there's C Street.
