I have a new friend who lives in India. We are theoretical physics pen pals and enjoy discussing anything and everything to do with physics as well as engineering and construction. I would like to learn more about India, because I know it isn't a bunch of muddy grasslands with shoe-less kids playing football and old rusty trains with people clinging to it's sides - which is kind of what the typical American image of India is. Thanks for this wonderful thread! It has already helped me paint a more accurate image! I will be back to keep updated on Mumbai (Bombay), India.
