Anyone notice that this combo of hotels, a Courtyard and a Residence Inn, is the same combo going up on 54th Street at 1715 Broadway? I don't get why Lower Manhattan designs for anything that's not a showpiece building have to be hideous. Especially since they commissioned a much better tower housing the exact same pair of hotels for Midtown. Even the design for LA near the Staples Center is better than this.
