No.
It's likely that within the decade, we'll probably set up some form of Amtrak line to Baton Rouge. That line would run very close to the airport, so it would be fairly easy to build a new station with a shuttle-bus connection or a long bridge to the terminals. This is what they have in Milwaukee and Providence, and probably lots of other cities.
