Hey, nice to see you wanting to do something similar to what I discussed in this thread:
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=231484, however I used the data on this site itself, and thus the list appears a bit different (I have also included U.S territories onto the list).
However, as I said on that thread, there are problems when creating a diagram with more than 25 buildings (using the method of specifying building IDs onto the diagram link).
I didn't knew how to solve that issue, and so I reported it in the forum.
