First Look At 515 West 36th Street, Hudson Yards’ Newest Residential Tower

The forest of glassy towers in Hudson Yards is about to get a new addition. YIMBY spotted a construction rendering for 515 West 36th Street, a 38-story residential building under construction between 10th and 11th avenues on the far West Side.
The design, from Ismael Levya Architects, isn’t particularly exciting. But the simple glass curtain wall and the short, white base will fit in well with the office towers in the works on the surrounding blocks.
