Bummer, looks like they took the video down. Thanks for getting the grabs though. I'm fascinated by this building, although I agree that it looks awkward from some angles (mainly when the upper tower looks like the broom handle to the much wider base.)

The cladding is genius. I hope it looks as good in real life as it does in renders. Inspired by the draping of a pleated gown, apparently, as they said in an earlier video, it reminds me a little of classical take on Gehry's undulating metals. I hope it goes on to inspire more playful use of materials in other proposals -- just think what you could do combining this sort of texture with brick or cast iron.
