Oops, in my excitement I was really daydreaming or something but how could I miss that it was URBY all developed out and included Harborside 5. So this HAS to be a dramatic revision of Harborside 4... the one in the current plans looks nice but this curved beauty...wow! THAT is the eye catcher and the mystery here... maybe they're really planning something huge here to be part of the draw and something like that would be iconic for Jersey City, put an individual stamp on it. CIA, I'm sure you'll be on it any new info that you get an inkling of! It does look at least in the 700-800 ft range.

As for the Harborside Terminal rendering, it's going to look so good.... can't wait until they really start up on the exteriors and gets built out and becomes a must visit destination on our waterfront.
