speaking of San Mateo, we can check in on Station Park Green at Hayward Park Caltrain...

and, at Hillsdale/Bay Meadows, the third office building is coming along
looking back at the second office building (occupied) in foreground, and the new one in the distance on the left
the tracks will move to the west (out of the pic to the left) with the grade separation project, and the in-between area I think will be a narrow parking lot.
