A) $47,000,000 upgade to Erie Insurance Arena on French between 8th & 9th
B) Townhouses going up at 13 & Peach sts
C) New Taco Bell nearing completion at 12th & Frech sts
D) 2 story addition with 110 beds 11th & French sts
E) 34 apartments at 19th & Holland
Also
Starting in July between 7th & 8th near French st a
private, 8 level 1,000 car parking garage for ERIE INSURANCE
They currently have about 2100 spaces in other garages in
downtown Erie
