I had an opportunity to accomplish this mission as well. I went into the sales center yesterday and asked if I could see the rendering, and they were nice enough to do so. The agent did mention that it would be taller than One Museum Park. The rounded face that Alex mentioned, when i viewed the design, it reminded me of a sail of a ship, bulding from a gust of wind. Personally, I kind of liked the design, but I'd also like to see them add 10 stories to it.
The sales agent said height was up to the city. I'm in the process of writing an email to the department of planning now
