I'd be rather surprised if Oxford development can pull off an anchor tenant for this project and expect them to announce the renovation option. Still, there is hope and a few months to go in their self imposed deadline. If the skyscraper option gets nixed, it would be a win for the preservationists who are upset at the possible elimination of the existing building on site.
