I checked January dates and the fares are by no means a great deal to Las Vegas.
Return from GFK on Allegiant can be had for significantly less than Flair's posted one-way. Yes, it's a 2 to 2 1/2 hour drive, but daily parking is inexpensive at GFK and you can stop at Target and Harry's on the way home.
