Not a fan of this plan at all, look at the scale of parking zone 2 to the buildings around it with nothing to offer but more congestion. This would be way more appropriate on the surface lot next to the convention center with buildings of similar mass. There needs to be some kind of buffer between parking zone 2 and the neighborhood such as retail or a small park. Parking zone 1 seems poorly thought out, it blocks large portions of the station from view which is the only attractive part of this development. I hope this isn't the final product.
