My LEGO Fisher Building (version 3) is nearly complete:

This version has tan (instead of white) for the Grand Blvd and 2nd Ave facades, the model now includes the parking garage and theater sections, and the model in general has more detail than the previous versions. I also slightly increased the height of each floor so that the total height to roof is almost 7 feet and the height to tip of radio mast is almost 8 feet.
