Go to college and learn how to make things like this happen...obviously this is way too far fetched and the real world would be more than happy to give it a nice smack down, but there is nothing wrong with wanting more when you are 19, but not understanding how to make it happen...that is sort of the thing about being 19.

Who knows, maybe along the way you might realize that height of a building isn't everything and that designing good architecture that promotes activity is something more important. I know I learned that during my schooling, and on top of that I learned a lot more than I was ever expecting to learn about what is going on in the built world.

Anyway, use that energy, but keep and open mind, and go to college to learn more.
