Then you also have to consider that with conference configuration, they want a Western Conference team playing in the central division as the other 3 divisions are now 8 teams but the Central is 7. With news that the Rockets and the Toyota Center are for sale, I bet the NHL is hoping someone in Houston wants a team and give them an expansion franchise. Seattle will then get Arizona when they finally get their arena issue sorted out thus putting Arizona out of their misery. That way they solve the conference imbalance and end the Arizona prolonged deathbed watch.
