Close to 50,000 sq. ft. of spec retail space is u/c in downtown...the two largest being historic tobacco buildings. Matthew provided a photo of Big Winston warehouse. Capstone just updated Plant 64 with a photo of the 10,000 sq. ft. being rehabbed on Fourth St.
