Today, more information regarding Ballpark Village Phase 2 got out courtesy of the Cordish Companies. New Renderings came with it as well. Basically, One Life Fitness, PwC and Wahlburger are all confirmed tenants of the $260 Million expansion. They come as a compliment to the Live! By Loews announced on the 4th of October. Construction is supposed to begin the December and wrap up in early 2020.

Now this last rendering is pretty interesting as it shows a new perspective looking South down Broadway at the 30 Floor Tower. Really shows the scale that it will be viewed from when on the street at Broadway and Walnut.
Based on how things are doing elsewhere in the Midwest, if this Phase of Ballpark Village does well, which all signs point to it being pretty good, it could spur more downtown STL construction and push to a full build out of Ballpark Village by 2026. The area around the stadium will also become hotter real estate on non-game days and create a entirely new neighborhood that is alive year round.
