The design has only gotten better, and that's a good thing.

Sounds like it may or may not be as of right. If a special permit is need for the site, it would have to go through the approvals process. But since the tower is still in the planning stages, its too early to say. They could decide to go in an entirely different direction.



There's not as much difference in these two designs visually as you might initially think...
