Actually, I had a somewhat different thought on this.
Can we potentially change this back to the all-inclusive Block 37 thread - where the apartment tower and retail will both be on the table? We had one, but it was (prematurely imo) closed because things on the retail front for the first two years of CIM Group's ownership moved at such a glacial pace.....however now, with some major movement finally - at least news of important tenant deals being done (hopefully with no aldermanic meddling!
)......I think it might make sense to have a thread for the whole block??
